About Marc

Marc is a Fleet based artist working predominantly in watercolour, painting subjects that are inspired by a love of travel. His love of art can be traced back to a 'Learn to Draw' book that he was given as a child. He developed his art by attending residential courses run by professional

artists and through studying the works of artists past and current. His first works were sold at the Society of Amateur Artists exhibition in London in 1995. From this start he has have worked to develop understanding of composition, tone, colour, atmosphere and mood.
